Procedure for Scholarship/Discount on Fees at Samele Classes

1. Eligibility for Scholarship/Discount
   Every student is eligible to receive a scholarship or discount on the gross amount of fees based on their academic performance or test results.

2. Basis of Scholarship
   The scholarship is granted based on either of the following:

   • The student’s previous year’s academic marks, or

   • The marks obtained in a scholarship test conducted by Samele Classes after attending 2–3 trial classes.

3. Option to Choose
   The student may choose either their previous year’s marks or the scholarship test marks—whichever gives them a higher scholarship benefit.

4. Rate of Scholarship
   The scholarship or discount is applied as a percentage of the gross fee amount. The exact rate is decided based on the score achieved and is communicated clearly to the student after evaluation.

5. Submission of Documents

   • If a student chooses to use previous year marks, they must submit a valid mark sheet.

   • If opting for the scholarship test, the test will be scheduled after attending 2–3 classes.

6. Final Decision
   The final approval of the scholarship amount will be made by the Samele Classes management after verifying the documents or test results.
